Psychotherapy unlocks a deeper level of self-understanding; this directly influences the way we feel and the choices we make. Done well, it is a tool that helps one gain clarity, better understand choices, and reach full potential.

My approach aims to help you build coping skills, ease discomfort, and find solutions while on the path toward greater understanding of your goals and how to achieve them.

My work is informed by relational psychotherapy, attachment theory, Jungian analysis, mindfulness practices, and cognitive-behavioral therapies such as ACT, CBT, TF-CBT.

I currently have availability and am offering no-cost consultations to understand your objectives and determine the help you need.

I provide individual and relationship therapy.

Fee

$275 per 45 minute session.

Insurance

I qualify as an out-of-network provider with insurance companies that cover psychotherapy and provide documentation to assist with reimbursement.
